of development to include design engineering, infrastructure (roads,
power, run-off, etc.), and obtaining town and agency approvals.In each project, Bill's expert engineering practices and forward thinking ecological initiatives resulted in successful designs and sought after properties. In 2008, he was selected by his peers to receive a 2008 Home Building Industry Award from the HBA of Connecticut for Outstanding Spec Home, and featured in the Winter 2008 issue of Connecticut Builder magazine. The HBA of Connecticut HOBI Awards are the most prestigious awards presented in CT for excellence in design, construction, sales and marketing, and financing.
