Celebration Development Group is a family run homebuilding and remodeling company with a mission to embrace and utilize smart design principals and energy efficient building practices whether engaged in custom home building or remodeling and renovations. The owner, William Freeman, has long been a passionate believer that it is incumbent upon building professionals to build responsibly with an eye on creating living space where “less is more” in terms of energy consumption. As one of the first builders in the state to become an Energy Star builder, Bill challenges himself to stay on top of technological developments in mechanical (heating & cooling) systems, home automation and renewable energy sources.

He is especially proud to have received recent notice that he is the 2009 Connecticut HOBI award winner for Most Energy Efficient Remodel.
