It is our pleasure to notify you that you have been selected from among your peers to receive a 2008 Home Building Industry ("HOBI") Award from the HBA of Connecticut.

The HBA of Connecticut HOBI Awards are the most prestigious awards presented in Connecticut for excellence in design, construction, sales and marketing and financing by members of our organization.

You have won OUTSTANDING SPEC HOME $750,000-1 MILLION - for 142 Saybrook Road, Essex.

Awards will be presented at the HBACT HOBI Awards Banquet on Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at the Aqua Turf Country Club, Southington, CT.  Winners of the Custom Home of the Year, Sec Home of the Year, Remodeled Home of the Year and Community of the Year will be announced for the first time on that evening.  Please see the 2008 HOBI Awards Dinner Registration information enclosed.  This celebrated even is black-tie optional.

All award recipients will be listed in the event's program book, highlighted in a Power Point presentation and announced again from the podium during dinner as awards are received.  As an additional benefit, all winners will be featured in the Winter 2008 issue of Connecticut Builder magazine.

...the HBA of Connecticut is a statewide professional trade organization representing home builders, remodelers, developers and many subcontractors, suppliers and professionals that provide services to this diverse industry.  We have approximately 1,400 member companies organized through five local association chapters covering the whole state.
