William R. Freeman - Bill is the award-winning builder and principle of Celebration Development Group. He has over 35 years combined experience in building and real estate development, and currently oversees every building and real estate project to ensure that the "Build Smart" principles are realized.

Freeman received his undergraduate degree from Kent State University in 1981, majoring in Geology and minoring in Fine Arts. In 1986 he created a building company named Freeman Associates, and managed the construction of homes on spot lots and small parcels. He is currently a member of the NAHB, Connecticut Developer’s Counsel and the National NAHB Builder 20 Group. He is also a volunteer fireman in his hometown of Madison, Connecticut.

Bill never shys away from an intellectual challenge or unusual request presented by a client. He particularly enjoys staying on top of the latest technological innovations in practices and products in the industry. The more complex the project, the better! He is a strong believer in product research and technological know-how for stellar project results.

Joseph Sarfaty - Apprenticing at Celebration Development Group at an early age, Jospeh has the unique perspective of working within the company from the "ground up," learning all aspects of building, renovations, and development projects. With over eight years in the business, he is currently the Project Manager for all on-going contracts and construction jobs. His hands-on approach to each client interview has translated into raves from customers who appreciate his attention to detail and reliable communication at all phases of construction.

Joseph most enjoys his role in customer service and client relations at CDG. He believes that an unwaivering ability to manage customer expectations is what sets Celebration apart from the competition.
